FRUIT & CAKE TRIFLE:
Components Needed:
1/2 litre prepared Sidra Custard (any flavor)
1/2 litre prepared Jelly (any flavor of
your choice)
500 gms plain cake
300 gms fresh or tinned fruit.
100 gms sliced nuts.
Preparation Steps:
1. Line the base and sides of the bowl with thinly cut cake slices.
2. Pour a little custard on the cake.
3. Add a layer of fruit; follow it with a layer of jelly.
4. Repeat the process alternately with layers of assorted fruits.
5. End with a layer of custard.
6. Sprinkle sliced nuts on top as garnish
